Refund policy

If you need to return or exchange an incorrectly ordered or faulty item from the Transparent Store, please call us at (207) 284-1100 for return authorization assistance.

If you receive a Transparent product that you find to be unsatisfactory, you must call for return authorization before returning the item.

All returns must be returned within 30 days and must be in perfect, new condition in original factory packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the returned item is faulty or Transparent fulfilled an order incorrectly.

Any products purchased from the Transparent Store that are returned for credit that is not in perfect, new condition in original factory packaging when they arrive at Transparent, will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Products returned without a prior return authorization will not receive credit or be considered for exchanges.

 

EU Online Customers ONLY, Please Note the Following Guidelines:

As specified in the EU Consumer Rights Directive, any customer who purchases a product online from Transparent has 14 days from the arrival of that product at their shipping address to refuse and return the product for any reason. To initiate a return, click the “cancel transaction” link on our online portal, and a confirmation email will be sent containing next steps and instructions. All existing guidelines regarding shipping costs and condition/packaging of returned product(s) may still be applied at Transparent’s discretion.
