Federal Express is Transparent's preferred shipper. You must provide us with a street address in your shipping information.
Federal Express handles all arrangements for customs clearances, taxes, and duties for all Canadian shipments. A customer receiving a shipment in Canada must sign for the receipt of the shipment upon delivery by Federal Express. Any Canadian duties or taxes due will be payable by the customer to Federal Express directly upon receipt of the shipment.
If you need to return or exchange an incorrectly ordered or faulty item from the Transparent Store, please call us at (207) 284-1100 for return authorization assistance.
If you receive a Transparent product that you find to be unsatisfactory, you must call for return authorization before returning the item.
All returns must be returned within 30 days and must be in perfect, new condition in original factory packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the returned item is faulty or Transparent fulfilled an order incorrectly.
Any products purchased from the Transparent Store that are returned for credit that are not in perfect, new condition in original factory packaging when they arrive at Transparent, will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Products returned without prior return authorization will not receive credit or be considered for exchanges.
