Transparent products are purpose built and precision designed and manufactured to be highly reliable and offer tremendous performance value at each price point. In fact, every cable shares the technology of our highest level products.

Most inexpensive cables are not hand built with the highest quality connectors and terminations. Less expensive cable is typically constructed of very inexpensive, off-the-shelf, generic wire that has not been optimized for its application.

For about $100 USD, you can try a pair of Transparent Link Interconnect cables to find out firsthand what Transparent quality is all about. We are confident you will be amazed with the results. Authorized Transparent dealers only sell Certified Pre-Owned Transaprent products that come with a warranty. Once you register the warranty, you are eligible to upgrade your cable. If you purchased your used cables through another source, an authorized Transparent dealer can sell you a warranty for 15% of the current retail value of the trade-in product. Once you register your new warranty, you are eligible for a Transparent upgrade.

We are pleased to set up an appointment with you to visit our factory. Just give us a call several weeks ahead and have several dates in mind. Sometimes we have events, other visitors, and projects that will make it very difficult for us to share the Transparent experience fully with you, but we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Transparent designs and specifies all cables and connectors for the entire Transparent line-up, including all audio, digital audio, HDMI and USB cables, power cords, and power conditioners.

Please call us at 207-284-1100 for assistance with ordering lengths or configurations not listed in our webstore. Some custom items can be ordered direct with us over the phone, and some items will require assistance from an authorized Transparent dealer. We will be happy to go over the details on the phone and find the best solution for your cabling needs.

If you need to return or exchange an incorrectly ordered or faulty item from the Transparent Store, please call us at (207) 284-1100 for return authorization assistance. If you receive a Transparent product that you find to be unsatisfactory, you must call for return authorization before returning the item. All returns must be returned within 30 days and must be in perfect, new condition in original factory packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the returned item is faulty or Transparent fulfilled an order incorrectly. Any products purchased from the Transparent Store that are returned for credit that are not in perfect, new condition in original factory packaging when they arrive at Transparent, will incur a 25% restocking fee. Products returned without prior return authorization will not receive credit or be considered for exchanges.

For online customers in North America most of the items featured in the Transparent Store are ready to ship and will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving your order. If you place an order on a Friday night or before a holiday, your order may take 2 business days to ship. If you have a custom order or an unusual combination of termination options, it can take up to 5 business days for your order to be ready to ship. You can expect to receive your order 3-5 days after it leaves our factory.

For online customers outside of North America, you will have the options of FedEx International Economy and FedEx International Priority at checkout. Delivery times for both of these services will vary depending on your country of delivery.

That’s a great idea. With all the length and termination options offered by Transparent, it’s not possible even for the most well-equipped Transparent dealers to offer every conceivable combination. Feel free to ask your sales associate at your Transparent dealership to help you place your order while you’re in the store and have it shipped directly to your home.

Federal Express handles all arrangements for customs clearances, taxes, and duties for all Canadian shipments. A customer receiving a shipment in Canada must sign for the receipt of the shipment upon delivery by Federal Express. Any Canadian duties or taxes due will be payable by the customer to Federal Express directly upon receipt of the shipment.

We offer free ground shipping to the United States and Canada* . Expedited shipping options are available if needed and are calculated for you upon checkout. For customers outside of North America, all shipping fees will be calculated for you upon checkout.
