Outrageously expensive? Without question! But they're worth every dollar. If it helps you rationalize spending this kind of loot, remember, they're not the most expensive High End cable (That honor goes to Kimber's Black Pearl speaker wire, priced at $15 K for an eight-foot pair.) It's regrettable more people won't hear how much of an impact these speaker cables have on the amplifier/speaker interface. The cables' strengths? Most notably, an absence of a plethora of common cable colorations and a vanishingly low noise floor. Low frequencies are exceptionally dynamic, and no cable comes close to focusing instruments in this region like this gem. Soundstaging is nonpareil. A word of warning to the wise: Don't consider borrowing these cables unless you can fork out the cash, because once installed, they're there to stay.
